The Omano OM1100-2 digital microscope features a 2. 0 mega pixel CCD camera with enhanced PHMIAS software for sophisticated still and video image processing. With a user-friendly, USB plug and play interface, the microscope features the ability to measure, manipulate, tag, count and otherwise add text and voice to images captured.
In other words, this is a research grade microscope that will appeal to both sophisticated users and hobbyists.
The microscope includes a 45degree inclined, monocular head with a wide field 10X eyepiece and a rear-mounted nosepiece turret for more convenient use. Coaxial coarse and fine focusing knobs, four flat-field, parfocal, parcentered, achromatic objectives (4x, 10x, 40xS, 100xS) , a large mechanical XY stage (142mm x 133mm) , 1. 25 NA Abbe condenser and iris diaphragm are also included.
