Description Of Binocular Phase Contrast Microscope
BINOCULAR/TRINOCULAR HEADIts high performance Binocular/ Trinocular Head incorporates a set of 4 prisms which are specially coated for low absorption of light to allow Phase Contrast Vision. All the internal surfaces of the head are Dark Coated to prevent stray light from affecting its performance.
OBJECTIVES
A set of Objectives(10x, 20x or 40x) with standard Oil immersion 100x Obj. is provided for Phase Contrast Microscopy. The phase rings provided in the optical path near the objective plane can be matched with phase rings of the built in Phase Contrast condenser by centeration thru Telescopic Eyepiece giving high resolution in Phase Contrast Microscopy.
SUBSTAGECONDENSER
Phase Annulusis providedin substage abbe condenser which matches the phase rings in 10x, 40x, objectives. A Trurret type condenser can also be provided incorporating seperate phase rings for each objective and also a provision for normal Brightfield/ Darkfield Microscopy.
Eyepieces
A set of 10x wide field compensating eyepiece is provided with the Microscope. Paired Eyepieces are anti-reflection coated for low-light intensity Phase Contrast Microscopy.
MECHANICAL STAGE
A low drive co-axial mechanical stage provides extremely fine movement in slides for X-Y manipulation.
FOCUSSING MECHANISM
This outstanding Microscope is provided with coarse and fine focusing mechanism having a fine gear train and ball guides for super-fine coarse and fine focussing.
ILLUMINATION SYSTEM
A built-in base 6V-20W or 10W Halogen bulb illuminator provides optimum light intensity required for Phase Contrast Microscopes.
